I noticed an interesting phenomenon
Hi everyone, I’m Kevin. AI’s slowly woven its way into our daily lives, but if you watch enough people trying to make money with it, they all seem to get stuck in the exact same loop:
1.Dive into the tech. You get obsessed with the developer toolkit—MCP, Skills, Harness, the whole nine yards.
2.Realize tech doesn’t pay bills. You finally think about monetizing, but instead of following proven playbooks, you try to automate every single job and launch a one-person company.
3.Notice how they actually make money. You realize most of these setups just run on courses, consulting, or custom work. Then you see that all those models are basically traffic engines. So you start creating content.
4.Spend time, buy courses, fail over and over—but still no cash. After learning AI and content strategy, going through trial and error—you’re still not making a dime. That’s when you remember: “Package your own experience—that’s your first product.” Suddenly, you’re teaching others how to build an audience, how to drive traffic, basically becoming a “business mentor” selling the get-rich dream.
5.The niche gets too crowded. You start seeing how those fancy business frameworks rarely survive contact with reality. So you just make content creation your full-time gig.
And that’s exactly why you’ll see all these accounts preaching about AI, mindset, and entrepreneurship—but no matter how much they talk, you still never figure out what they’re actually selling. Because honestly? The creator doesn’t know either. They’re scared to commit to just one product because picking one feels like burning every other option. So they end up trying to sell everything, build everything, talk about everything, and film everything.
Sound familiar? Are you living this loop right now?
